Customer ID: Is a six digit alpha numeric name that can be found on your statement, fill ticket, or call your local DLE office for it. It must be uppercase.
Acct No: You can find your account number on your statements or call your local DLE office for it.
Email: Please provide your current email to use with the Pay My Bill system.
If you forgot your password there is a tab to retrieve the forgotten password. You must know your customer ID, account number, and email to retreive password details.
